Delete complete Moonwind account

This permanently removes your profile, workspace, brands and Moonwind-held provider data. Published provider content remains on the provider.

Disconnect one connected account

  1. Sign in and choose the correct workspace brand.
  2. Open the provider channel, select the exact connected account and choose Disconnect.
  3. Moonwind removes that connection’s stored credentials and related records. For YouTube, Moonwind also requests revocation of the Google authorization. For Meta, Moonwind attempts provider-side unsubscribe or revocation where supported. Other accounts in the brand remain connected.
  4. If a provider does not confirm revocation, Moonwind still deletes its local credentials and shows a warning. Confirm that Moonwind no longer appears in Meta Business Integrations, Google permissions, or X connected apps.

What YouTube data is deleted

  • Encrypted Google OAuth credentials and the connected channel record.
  • Channel identity, channel statistics, owned-video metadata and YouTube Analytics reports.
  • Imported comments, replies, inbox records, listening matches and related workflow data.
  • Publishing records and YouTube video identifiers attributable to the disconnected channel.

Moonwind deletes this local authorized data when you disconnect YouTube. If an immediate operation cannot finish, Moonwind completes deletion as soon as possible and within seven days.

What Meta data is deleted

  • Facebook Page and Instagram connection records, encrypted OAuth credentials and webhook subscriptions.
  • Profiles, posts, comments, mentions, direct messages, replies, insights and related webhook payloads held by Moonwind.
  • Competitor selections, public posts, snapshots, hashtag usage, listening mentions and matches.
  • Drafts, schedules, publishing history and Meta publishing-media objects attributable to the deleted scope.

Delete your complete Moonwind account

When signed in, use Delete Moonwind account in the deletion tool above. If you cannot sign in, email hello@moonwind.app from your Moonwind sign-in address with the subject Moonwind account deletion request. Never send a password or token. We may verify identity and authority before using the same deletion service for you.

Verified requests are handled promptly and ordinarily completed from active systems within 30 days. Contact support with your confirmation code for an operator-assisted request.
