1. Contract and eligibility
These Terms are between you and MOONWIND PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62012TS2026PTC220847), incorporated on 7 August 2026 with its registered office at Plot. no 165, TNGOs, Gachibowli, Seri Lingampally, K.V.Rangareddy- 500032, Telangana, India. By using Moonwind you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Workspaces, brands and connected accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in security, authorized users and every social account connected to a brand. You must have permission to access each Page, channel, professional account, message and owned-account insight. Connections are provider-specific: Instagram Login and Facebook Login are separate authorizations.
Page Public Content Access is a separate Meta-reviewed feature limited in Moonwind to known public Page lookup and configured-Page benchmarking; it does not provide platform-wide Facebook post keyword search. Providers control permissions, reviews, quotas, data availability and technical limits. Moonwind is not endorsed by them, and a provider may change or suspend API access.
When you connect a YouTube channel or use a Moonwind feature that accesses YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of those features must also comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
3. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Moonwind a limited license to host, format, transmit and display it only to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for the target account, audience, text, media, collaborators, timing and legal rights before publishing, replying or moderating.
Moonwind sends provider actions when an authorized user submits them or when an authorized scheduled post becomes due. Review live results because provider rendering, processing and availability can differ from previews.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Moonwind to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights, provider rules or another person’s authorization; publish spam, deception, malicious code, harassment or unlawful harm; access private data without permission; evade rate or account limits; interfere with security; scrape outside supported APIs; or use provider data for surveillance, credit decisions, brokerage or unauthorized advertising.
5. Privacy, storage and deletion
Moonwind processes data as described in the Privacy Policy, including temporary public HTTPS publishing-media storage needed for provider ingestion. Do not upload confidential media. Keep independent copies of records your business must preserve.
You can disconnect exact accounts and use the Data Deletion flow. Deleting Moonwind data does not automatically remove content already published on a provider.
6. Fees, changes and termination
Any fee and tax will be shown before purchase. We may update, limit or discontinue features for security, compliance, provider or product reasons. You may stop using Moonwind at any time. We may suspend access to prevent harm, investigate misuse, comply with law/provider requirements or address a material breach.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonwind is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Owned-account insights, eligible public listening and competitor signals may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and are not legal, financial or guaranteed business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonwind is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profit, goodwill, data or opportunity. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed fees you paid Moonwind in the three months before the event, except where law does not allow that limit.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts with competent jurisdiction there will hear disputes unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Provisions on ownership, acceptable use, liability, disputes and records that must survive termination remain effective.
