Email hello@moonwind.app for Moonwind product and account support. Send the message from your Moonwind sign-in address when possible.
Include the workspace or brand name, the affected social platform and account, what you expected, what happened and any error message. You can attach a screenshot after you remove personal or confidential information. Include a deletion confirmation code or platform review case ID when the request relates to one.
Never send your password, OAuth token, session token, one-time code or social-platform credential. Moonwind support does not need these secrets.
What to expect
Moonwind reviews support messages and replies to the address that sent the request. Response time depends on the issue, the information supplied and whether Google, Meta, X or another provider must act. Moonwind does not promise a fixed support response time.
Moonwind may ask you to verify your identity, workspace role or authority over a connected account before it changes access or discloses account data. Keep replies in the same email thread so the request history and any confirmation code stay together.
Account and access help
- Confirm that you opened moonwind.app and selected the Google account linked to your Moonwind access.
- If sign-in or reviewer access still fails, email hello@moonwind.app with the subject Moonwind support request. State the sign-in email and the time of the failed attempt. Do not send a password or token.
- For a connected social account, select the correct Moonwind brand and account. Reconnect only if Moonwind asks for renewed provider permission.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke Moonwind in the social provider's connected-app settings, then contact Moonwind support from your sign-in address.
Privacy and deletion requests
Read the Privacy Policy to see what Moonwind collects, why it is used and how long it is kept. Email hello@moonwind.app for an access, correction, export, restriction, objection or privacy complaint request.
Use the Data Deletion page to disconnect one provider account, delete related provider data, delete a complete Moonwind account or track a request with its confirmation code. If you cannot sign in, email from your Moonwind sign-in address with the subject Moonwind account deletion request. Moonwind may verify your identity and authority before processing the request.
Platform review support
Google, Meta and other platform reviewers can contact hello@moonwind.app. Include the platform, application name, review case ID and the feature or access flow under review. Do not include access tokens or reviewer passwords in email.
